The American Health Council Appoints Ms. Kristine Posio-Molina to its Physical Therapy Board

The American Health Council has warmly welcomed Ms. Kristine Posio-Molina to its prestigious Physical Therapy Board, in recognition of her vast contributions to the healthcare sector over the past 28 years.

During a trip to the hospital when she was younger, Ms. Posio-Molina witnessed a girl with severe burns receiving physical therapy and found the concept of helping other people recover appealing. Following this, Ms. Posio-Molina went on to gain an education that would help further her career choice. She obtained a B.A. in Biology from Baylor University in 1988 and a B.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Dallas, School of Allied Health, in 1990.

They also offer Physical Therapy; focusing on gross motor skills, coordination, acute injury rehabilitation and Speech Therapy; focusing on the treatment of difficulty with verbal communication including receptive and expressive language delays, oral motor and/or feeding skills.

On a daily basis, Ms. Posio-Molina educates and supervises her fellow workers. As an expert in pediatrics, home health and geriatrics, she also conducts home visits. As well as her work for the company, Ms. Posio-Molina is an active volunteer for the charitable organization, 100 Women Who Give a Damn, and participates in community service regularly.

Looking back at her impressive career to date, Ms. Posio-Molina attributes her success to the exceptional education she has received over the years. She is also proud and thankful of the support she gets from her three children; Sophia, Daniel and Lorenzo, and from her husband, Hector.

Looking into the future, Ms. Posio-Molina plans to maintain the high levels of home healthcare she provides and also develop her understanding of Early Childhood Education.
